What does The Tavares Pavilion on the Lake staff do?

The Tavares Pavilion on the Lake Services team will gather details on your event to make sure the facility is ready for your vendors on the day of your event. Our services team does not function as a wedding planner or day of coordinator. On the day of your event there will be a pavilion services associate present on-site from load in to load out, as well as to monitor the venue.
