Yes. Security deposits are required to be paid 60 days prior to the event. Rental of the full facility requires a $1,000 security deposit. Rental of one selected function space requires a security deposit of $250. Following a satisfactory inspection by the City after the event, security deposits will be returned within 30 days.

Your event is to conclude at the time indicated on the signed agreement. We kindly ask that you inform your vendors of your selected block time to ensure that they have ample time to set up as well as break down. All vendors, guests, and décor are to be vacated by the block end time. The latest time the facility is available is until 11:00 pm.
The Tavares Pavilion on the Lake Services team will gather details on your event to make sure the facility is ready for your vendors on the day of your event. Our services team does not function as a wedding planner or day of coordinator. On the day of your event there will be a pavilion services associate present on-site from load in to load out, as well as to monitor the venue.
The building is in use 7 days a week, often multiple times a day, and we have no storage space available for early deliveries.
