All catering services must be provided by one of the following select caterers:
Alcoholic beverages are to be served directly by the caterer using only licensed, insured, and trained personnel.
Alcoholic beverages shall be procured and served in accordance with the law.
All alcohol needs to be delivered to the caterer off premises for inventory and transport.
The client may provide a cash bar for alcoholic beverages in accordance with the law.
Kegs and personal coolers are not permitted in the pavilion or on the pier.
Alcohol consumption is a maximum of five continuous hours.
No guests will be permitted to enter the facility with alcohol of any kind.

The rental party may bring in and serve simple or prepared from such as coffee, beverages, donuts, pastries, or boxed lunches. No heating elements are permitted, such as Sternos®, chafing dishes, hot plates, steam trays, heat warmers, etc. Client will be responsible for set-up and clean-up of all refuse. Use of the Pavilion kitchen will not be permitted in this instance.
